‘Dead Space’ Meets ‘The Thing’ In This Insanely Cool Poster

There are mashup posters and then there are mashup posters, and it’s safe to say that this fan-made piece of art falls firmly into the latter category. Deviant Artist ron-guyatt has combined two of my favorite things: John Carpenter’s The Thing and Dead Space by featuring series’ protagonist Isaac Clarke in the iconic movie poster. It’s gorgeous and the timing is perfect with Dead Space 3 releasing next week — that’s February 5th for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. In it Clarke find himself in a situation familiar to fans of The Thing as he battles legions of Necromorphs on the icy planet of Tau Volantis.

BAH! FUCK Dead Space 3!!!!! I plyed the demo n man I was soooo disapointed the scaryness ainty there, the cover system is disgusting n enemues are lightning fast where as u are slow n shit. dat new co-op character who is supposed to represent the player is FKN SHIT!!!!

I DO honestly HOPE that it was JUST the demo that was shit n the game is the same regular Dead Space but Game Informer gave it a 7.5 so I think da whole game is like dat. its wwaayy too bright aswell. it aint dark n creepy like before

Loved every minute of the demo myself looking forward to the full game as you cannot judge it at all based upon the demo.

i just got done downloading it for the pc as the scene has released it today cause i can't wait to play it however it will be purchased when i can afford it as i have all the dead space games (and animated shows) love the series this one will be different with the co-op and stuff but hopefully it will be not to bad but again a definite purchase for me as i am an achievement whore as they say so i must have dead space 3 achievements lol
