That Resident Evil 6 and Left 4 Dead 2 crossover Valve hinted at last week has been confirmed, and it’s more exciting than I would have anticipated. If you’re still deciding on whether or not you’ll grab Resident Evil 6 when it comes to PC on March 22, Capcom is sweetening the deal a bit with more exclusive PC content in the form of L4D2 characters and enemies in its Mercenaries mode. Between Chris Redfield and the Tanks, it’ll be a muscle extravaganza!
That’s not all. This crossover goes both ways, and that means the enemies of RE6 will be coming to the PC version of Left 4 Dead 2. No word yet on when that’ll happen, but all this is totally free. Head past the break for a message from Capcom producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi and more screens than you can shake a stun rod at.
