GTA 5 - 100% Complete Help Thread

I thought we could have a thread for help trying to get 100%. i'm almost through but i'm getting to the parts where it is collecting the stupid shit. i just did the

15 Knife Flights

I haven't done the scuba stuff. I thought it was all in the submarines though? But those will probably be the worst!

Last night I did all 15 knife flights. I then started on the letters. You have to collect all 50 and it unlocks the last strangers and freaks mission. I collected all 50 spaceship parts that wasn't too bad. You get some stupid car when you collect them all. It makes alien noises. Doesn't fly though.
