Yes You can earn xp as well when you play solo.

but does it contribute to the team?

is there xp for the group together as a whole? i guess that's what i'm trying to ask. Because i know that each player has their own strength and level of xp, but i didn't know what the point of having a crew is, like how it benefits?

didnt realise mine worked, the social club website is pretty shitty, but yeah i didnt link my psn yet because I logged out of mine yesterday and then realised i have no idea what my password is anymore. so im gonna finish the game and make a new psn today

you can reset your password and have it mailed to you. if you make a new psn you'll lose your trophies, if that matters to you.

but anyways, i think that social club is amazing! have you seen the checklist for story mode? it shows you every mission and everything that you need to do to complete 100%, give you the mission names too. the map at the bottom even shows which letters and spaceships you've found and their locations. you can select to only show certain things too. you can compare with your friends and it has all your stats for each character. this social club is by far the best thing i have seen for connecting a website and a video game. it's helped me find everything i need in story mode. i'm like 98% complete with it all.
