Yeah the trophy hunt is over on Ghosts! Got my pretty "Federated" platinum trophy. The hardest trophy in the game is a bronze and it's a hidden trophy in Extinction mode. Which IMO is the best part of the game.

I had fun with story mode but veteran wasn't hard at all besides maybe an area or two but nothing springs to mind. I'm not a fan of the online multiplayer for death matches etc. I could care less for it.

Extinction mode is where it's at! Sadly it only contains one map. It's fun but I wish there was more to do. I beat it solo with pistols only (relic) and no downs. After that I felt like a bad ass lol. [MENTION=1]007, myself, and 2 cool guys we met online together beat achieved the "completionist" trophy which is the most difficult by a long shot.

I hope the dlc features new maps for Extinction mode!!

Because I am a trophy hunter? Lol a noob wouldn't get the platinum trophy. I don't play that gay death match multiplayer either. There's no trophies so no reason to play.

"They look like ants" is a bitch i swear i got all of em but still no achievement will get it soon though for sure! and about ghosts im pretty bored with it already i believe what the others were saying now on how its just the same rinse and repeat game it almost feels like ghosts took a step back nothing initiative has been added to this game and was just churned out i think anyways for a money maker which is sad cause it seems infantry ward is slipping and just becoming like the rest just seeking profit rather then trying to build a great game.

It's actually a brand new story so new characters. You must be referring to the lame multiplayer death matches. But even at that, it's new because you can create your own player.


[MENTION=2399]GreenL420 that trophy is hard to get. Josh have me a strategic plan that helped me get mine. Took forever but the time I got it, it was the first time for that day.
[MENTION=911]Big Mack trophies add to the replay value of the game and give you a little something more for the game. It boost replay value and has you do different things you normally wouldn't. It's something I enjoy doing and has made this game give me a better gaming experience than you other guys have had evidently.

Multiplayer death matches are gay and what's hurting the series. All you do is spawn run two feet and die before you know where the bullets came from. It's very fast paced and lame. It's just like any other team death match game. What do you expect? There's not much you can do in there.

If these companies stopped focusing on the online gaming death matches and started to make the stories longer and use their time making that experience better then the overall game would be too. I liked the story in Ghosts and thought it was pretty fun. It was better then Black Ops 2's story and damn cutscenes in the missions you couldn't skip. At lease Ghosts loads and lets you play after pressing X like 3 times and you're at the main menu. BO2 you had to wait like 5 minutes.

Plus this game brings you Extinction mode which is really cool and a lot of fun. The only thing it's lacking is the number of maps. They give you 1 map. Hopefully dlc will feature more maps. It's not a rip off of zombies. It's actually a playable mode you can beat and isn't as lame graphic wise and it's a lot more fun.

Squads was neat in the part where they made Safeguard which is like Survival mode but not as fun. I haven't tried the other game modes in it.

Of course you'd beat me I don't play multiplayer death matches and versus modes. You don't get trophies for it on Ghosts.

myself im an achievement hunter just cause it gives me more to do in the game i find but i can understand your point cause games were great long before achievements or trophies came along.

Yes they were great long before trophies/achievements but that was also before all the developers started to focus on multiplayer. When a game used to be a game for story mode, they were way better. Now this whole multiplayer "I'm better than you" shit is lame and kills games and replay value unless you're into pissing contest. So it's nice to have trophies/achievements to get a little more bang for your buck. I hate when games have online multiplayer trophies though like BO2 and mortal kombat and pretty much all games.
