  • Telltale President Keen to Make a James Bond Game

Telltale president and co-founder Kevin Bruner would like to make a James Bond game if he were ever afforded the chance.

"I'm a giant James Bond fan and I'm always frustrated by games that make him a mass murderer," Bruner told OXM when asked which license he'd adapt if money and licensing hurdles were not a factor.

"He's a super-spy, and that's a different skillset," he explained. "The films make him less of a mass murderer, and there's not much killing in the books – more spying and intrigue."

In October last year Bruner also expressed his enthusiasm for Star Wars (asserting a "Telltale Star Wars game would make me VERY happy!") and mentioned Telltale Games does have something in the pipe that "pretty much checks all of my personal [intellectual property] favorites." Fellow studio head Dan Connors added Telltale "can't wait" to announce a "few licenses that definitely fall into our dream IP scenario" the studio will be working on following The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us.

I'm not big on these games. I downloaded the 4 part Jurassic park and was disappointed I don't like sitting around for 10 minutes making people have a conversation and shit. The story wasn't too bad I enjoyed how they mixed it in to follow the movie during and after the movie but some stuff doesn't add up.

Anyways the James Bond games are pretty fun but he does a lot of killing lol. A more stealth game would be cool but if these guys make it it'll be bond talking to people while having drinks. With that said they should do casino royale as there wasn't much action.
