In the past, Ubisoft Quebec has worked on Ubisoft franchises including Prince of Persia, Watch Dogs and Heroes of Might and Magic. Ubisoft also announced that it will be hiring over 100 new employees to work at the Quebec studio over the next three years, and that over half of the new recruits have already started working.

This year's installment in the Assassin's Creed franchise, Assassin's Creed Unity, is only coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC. However, Ubisoft says that it hasn't forgotten about fans of the series who don't own the latest consoles.
