I finished mission 30 and the part with Skull Face was awesome.

I finished mission 31. The last 4 missions (28-31) are awesome and the final boss fight is great. Why couldnt the game be like this the whole time, damn!

The last missions wont change my mind. I just finished mission 22 and so far, 11 good missions (+ prologue & side ops 82) and 11 crap missions, and I know how the next missions looks like. so much wasted potential.

Na the game will have much more great missions. Please finish the game before judging. A website did the counting for the lenght of cut scenes and it was almost the same as Metal Gear solid 4. The difference with 4 and 5 is that 5 is much longer with much more to do, so it looks like this game have less cutscenes.

~40% of chapter 2 are the same missions as in chapter 1, wtf? they should add the important side ops to the main missions list and replace the rest with 10 new other main missions and chapter 2 would be good + add an epilogue about 1 hour cut scenes and it MGS5 wouldnt be such a disappointment.

I finished episode 43, wow, that episode was awesome and a better Resident Evil than Resident Evil 4-6!
I unlocked episode 46 - the "true" ending, but havent watched it yet.

episode 16 is a hard one.
i sneaked to the truck and somehow the skulls didnt follow me after i reach a special point or they lost me, so I drove to the end of the mission area. took me more than 10 tries. in chapter 2 you have to redo that mission, but you can extract the truck with the fulton, so it isnt hard.

episode 16 is a hard one.

Maybe that's what I'm doing wrong, i fulton ectract the the truck first and then i have the skulls coming after me
And the point were i'm trying that is at the final stop of the truck instead of the trying to take the truck at one of the outposts it passes

I'm gonna keep trying different tactics, i need to get through this mission

I got through it, I tried a different approach and it worked
I went to the final stop of the truck and when the Skulls appeared, I sneaked to the truck, got in and drove away
The skulls didn't follow me at all, I drove for a while, pulled over and fulton extracted the truck

+ watch the cut/deleted ending
a shame Konami released a game that is 40% complete, because that game had much potential and it could be the second/third best MGS game when they would have given Kojima that time he needed. I read that the orignal vision was 5 chapters:
1. Ground Zeroes
2. Revenge
3. Race
4. Peace
5. Outer Heaven

I like the twist and it explains why Big Boss was in MGS 4 after Solid Snake killed him in Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake.
