Yes. Two sets of four core processors. In a phone. Crazytown. They use ARM's big.LITTLE architecture, which is like having an automatic switch for flipping between performance and energy efficiency. It's very slick. Like everyone else who released a mobile processor this week, Samsung claims it's the fastest and most energy-efficient mobile processor in the world, boasting a 70 percent increase in battery life. We shall see.
