Rivals Ocarina of Time is saying something, if it can live up to that its going to be amazing. Twighlight, wind waker and some of the others were dissapointing imo. Got my 2 copies of skyward sword preordered and paid for anyway, roll on Friday

I only consider playing this with normal controls, and i heard thats not possible. I dont want to swing with a wii mote to play Zelda. Fuck that.

they also said that Twilight Princess was better than OoT in the reviews.... but after the hype was over.. ppl probably didn't play it more than 2 times... Same goes for Skyward Sword. It's fun but it took out some things that were good in previous series.

              - Where is camera freedom like in WW and TP ? Why would u even take that out?
              - Saving... only possible using bird statues. So you need to find a save spot first... GAY
              - Very linear to reach places... no freedom. Overworld is even emptier than WW's ocean...
              - Controls DONT work. 1 out of 5 times your swing isn't registered properly... goes out of sync... or responds slower than you are used to. Rolling bombs is akward and you need to hold ur wiimote in a total different position (unnatural).
              - The intro is way too long... 2 hours before u actually "do" something.
              - Music not as good as previous titles.
              - No options whatsoever. It forces the language of ur system.. it forces you to use motion controls... it doesn't have adjustments for the wiimote (scrolling speed is too slow in menus) and you constantly have to press D-pad down to resync ur wiimote because a normal person doesn't sit in the same position for hours...
              - Conversations aren't skippable and are usually too long. Should've splitted them up in 2 and then 3 boxes (press A twice). Instead, they force 5 lines on you and when you talk with the same NPC again... you get the same 5 lines. Pressing B won't let u skip and pressing A will let it go SLIGHTLY faster but not much... again, no options to adjust text speed either...
              - Prince of Persia movements... walking on walls and stuff... they are kinda a rip off... If you do that.. then why are we still jumping automaticly?
              - You collect lots of items but, they are totally not needed... it's not as fun as hunting spiders for actual items... For someone who never uses potions or shields (like me) ... this was disappointing. Again, every time u collect a bug (and u restart) it will give u the annoying message that u collected for example a butterfly or Ember relic. I know what those are, thank you.
              - Fi: Most annoying partner ever since Navi. He gives so much away... he's constantly annoying you how your battery has only 25% left too..... Then after beating a dungeon... in the cutscene they tell you where to go. Then mr. obvious Fi says the exact same thing right after the cutscene... He constantly nags and spoils all the fun.
              - Dowsing sucks. It takes away the fun of exploring things.. it just guides you to where you have to go... Part of the fun of Zelda games is that you explore things.
              - There is no day to night , night to day anymore. Instead, you sleep in a bed and switch between day and night, meaning u won't see the sun come up and it will always be day if you never sleep....
              - They add an instrument (harp) .. and you can play it while you walk... That's cool... too bad u can't control the actual notes of the damn thing. Also, if you can walk and play harp at the same time.. why can't you walk and swing your sword at the same time like in TP ? Annoying....
              - Motion controls.... You really need to swing HARD. It's not that sensative.
              - Padding backtracking... fetch quests are easy and you need to revisit some areas SEVERAL times.
              - Swimming sucks.
              - You start up with 6 hearts... whatever happened to 3 hearts? Guess they didn't scatter enough heart pieces around this game (or they couldn't).

Oh well, I can rant much longer but the game is still good... Just.... I don't get the changes they made... Most make them worse than the previous titles tbh.

I don't know where the complains come from? I just played the game, took me 40hrs to pass the main quest.

The motion controls really fucking work. Don't miss the old ones a bit! It's freaking awesome to swing the remote like a sword, which actually works and IS accurate.

Who the hell cares with how many hearts you start?

It is a Zelda game, with something new. The dungeons are best in the series, which is a BIG thing. Really enjoyed them. Bosses are bigger and harder than before.

Well of course this is my opinion but anyways... Best game on the Wii.

Bosses hard? I can do the Boss Rush (all 12 bosses) on Hero mode without losing half my hearts.
The game is too easy. The dungeons aren't the best of the zelda game either cuz they are too easy.
You ignored all my 20 other points.
