Lol @ all the 360ians, no im never gonna get one. Most of my mates got a PS3 so why should i switch...

Well i found a way to play my games, and im a 100% sure it works.

Tried it several times now,

I start up PS3, no cd is showing up.
So i start a game of "Flow" << I just have to start this one up, then i press the "Home" button on my controller and BAM there u got my cd. So from here on i quit "Flow" and now my PS3 shows the games i inserted. Its just that i have to do it like this every time i wanna play MW2.

My guess, a software error or something. They better get a new update

The 360 has more problems than the PS3, but it has 3 year warrenty when you get the red rings, but the ps3 only has a one year manufacture warrenty.

yea... ive read about alot of problems with the 360 but nothing like that has ever happened to mine... i dont do thing special to it other then make sure that its well ventilated and that it lays flat.. not stood up like some people have it.. lol

It's the bluray drive, same thing happened to mine, it should still play DVDs and CDs, just no blurays, google it and you will find the parts you need, its an easy fix and beats giving Sony your money to fix an obvious defect, just look for a KES-AAA laser or a KEP laser.

my PS2 already died , whenever i insert a disk it says unable to read.

btw i have no PS3 but I"ll get one soon.
