Sony releases more info on the specifications.
During Sony's E3 conference, Jack Tretton announced a new 3D TV carrying the PlayStation brand.
The 3D TV will come in a bundle with a copy of Resistance 3, a 2m HDMI 1.4 cable and one pair of PS Active Shutter 3D glasses. Additional PS 3D glasses carry a price tag of 69.99$.
The bundle will come with a competitive price tag of 499$, with prices for other regions to be announced soon.
The 3D monitor is a 24 inch edge LED lit LCD with a FullHD resolution of 1080p and has two HDMI inputs.
An interesting feature is the special mode where players can view individual, unique, full-screen images of gameplay when playing two-player games.
The TV also features built-in 3W stereo speakers and a 5W subwoofer, allowing 2.1 audio for a better gaming experience.
The monitor will hit stores in Fall 2011.
