Update: Konami has confirmed to IGN that Silent Hill: Book of Memories has been delayed. "We've targeted an October release date for Silent Hill: Book of Memories, but we have not announced a specific day," Konami told IGN.

The tale of the PlayStation Vita game Silent Hill: Book of Memories has turned into a bit of an odyssey. Originally slated for release in March, the game was delayed for what appeared to be at least several more months.
However, Destructoid noticed that if you look on Amazon, Silent Hill: Book of Memories seems to be delayed even more. Amazon has it as coming out on October 31st, which is almost certainly a placeholder indicating that the game is currently on a trajectory to be released sometime this fall.
