Five angry Spartans, one low price.
If you missed any of the God of War or Infamous games, you'll be happy to know that PlayStation is bringing each franchise to you in collections starting at $29.99. August 28th marks the release of the Ratchet and Clank Collection, and to celebrate, Sony's giving Kratos and Cole the same treatment...at least for North America. No word yet on international releases. What's in the collections? Well...
God of War Saga
God of War
God of War II
God of War III
God of War: Origins Collection (which includes God of War: Chains of Olympus and God of War: Ghost of Sparta)
Exclusive Bonus Content
Voucher For 1 Trial Month of PlayStation Plus
Infamous Collection
Infamous
Infamous 2
Infamous: Festival of Blood
Extra missions
Additional character costumes, power ups and weapon styles
Just what the exclusive content for the collections will be, if "starting at $29.99" means some of the discs won't be $29.99, new Trophies, or which of the "select titles from the Collections" will be available on the PSN wasn't revealed today.
Update: Sony's Cristian Cardona has taken to the comments of the PlayStation Blog to specify that the God of War and Infamous collections will be $40. He also pointed out that 3D will only be available in the God of War: Origins Collection, not God of War III.
