Shuhei Yoshida, the world wide studio boss for Sony Computer Entertainment, took to Twitter to answer fan questions like any good pro-consumer company would do, opposite of a certain other company. Some of the things he answered regarding the PS4 are definitely worth the read.

For instance, some users asked if the PS4's internal hard drive was upgradeable? What was Yoshida-san's response? Yes. It is upgradeable.

Others wanted to know if the PlayStation 4's multiplayer would still be free...sadly it is no longer free and requires the small fee of PlayStation Plus. On the upside, however, you can still access Netflix, Hulu and other streaming services without PlayStation Plus, with Yoshida-san acknowledging that anyone who owns a PS4 and has an internet connection can make use of the services, Then, the big news dropped...in a conversation with the Dorito Pope, the head of everyone's favorite Doritocracy, Yoshida-san made it known that the PlayStation 4 will be region free. This means that you can import games from Japan, Europe or Eurasia and pop-in it in and play it without requiring a mod-chip. This will definitely curb piracy and illegal console modification considering that gamers won't have to purposefully tamper or modify their console to play games outside of their designated region.

This is great news, opposite of the Xbox One's region restrictions, and it just compounds with the fact that the PS4 royally stomped on the Xbox One when they announced that there would be no disc-based DRM for the PS4.

Pc gaming is cool. But I think the Ps4 and new xbox can compare first months/year with the new pc's. After that ofcourse they will get old.

A huge pc computer cost alot, plys u need to update that many times. Plus I prefer sitting on my couch with a big tv screen lol.

Ps. I dont understand the hype around that game Ryse. The gameplay look so bad with quick time events only.

While I can't stand quick time events, they showed more than just that. The game at the very least looked interesting. Far better than what it started out as (a first-person Kinect-only game for the 360). If you want to look at a game with nothing but quick time events, look at Heavy Rain. Doesn't God Of War have quick time events as well? It's a stupid feature in any game.

Ps4 mopped the floor with the xbox.. My biggest conscern was the always on feature that the xbox presented. Totaly contempt with what sony showed in the event. An for $100 bucks less then the 360! Ima have to pick one up for sure in november

Pre-ordered my PS4 the second it went up for Pre-Order on Amazon on Monday. I'm probably not gonna keep it though and i'm gonna see how much i can flip it for. I learned my lesson never to buy the launch systems anymore....i can wait for the second version of the system so it's free of all the launch problems that the systems always have.

From what I saw, Ryse only used it on finishing moves as well. Who's to say you don't have to use it? I'll reserve judgement until I've seen more. And they showed more than just the sword fighting. Didn't you see when the barrage of arrows came down on them how the shields went up? Then they launched their own spears back at the enemy. Nothing to do with quick time events there. Like I said, just wait until more comes out on the game before completely writing it off as quick time bullshit (Asura's Wrath).

Sure, I didnt liked Heavy Rain that much, Killzone 3 was shit.

The only Xbox game I am hyped about is Quantum Break. That game looks so dope. The rest is meh to me.
