Dying Light vs Dead Island

I noticed both games are on sale on the psstore and I can't decide which one I should get

Which one is better?
- Dying Light Enhanced Edition
- Dead Island Definitive Edition

I've been watching gameplay for both games and they both look great

However I don't feel like bying them both, so maybe you guys can help me decide.

if im not mistaken both are made by the same gaming studio. I bought The Dying Light Enhanced Version and didnt want to buy dead island since both game look similar. I'd say buy The Dying Light lol.

I ended up bying Dying Light The Following Enhanced Edition, don't regret it yet

Buy dying light. Dead island is cool but it's a remaster of the games on ps3 &/or 360..

I loved Dying Light, story is a little so so, but the overall game is awesome..

I bought it, i like what i'm seeing so far

I read that some people are a little disappointed in the story, but the overall gameplay gets lots of good reviews

Bought dying light and rented dead island both on ps4. Dead island was made first. But dying light is the same except much better. You can do a lot more in dying light than you can in dead island. The story is better graphics better. Better gameplay. Lot larger game so for me dying light. It's one of the best games I've played. I read a review or something online at one point that said dying light is everything dead island was supposed to be. It's after the developers got on their own or with a different company.

I love the fact you have to search a lot for stuff to make new weapons, make your own ehbo boxes etc
it gives a more fight to survive feeling.

I'm happy I bought Dying Light, a big open world game with a lot to do

Once I finish the main game, I still need to play the DLC The Following which also looks amazing
