Introducing The PS4 Pro

Thoughts on this mid-generation "upgrade"? Seems like they cut cost with the hard drive size (1TB is a joke) & having no 4K Blu-ray drive. A little underwhelming.

Yeah the 4k blu-ray availability would be awesome but I think I'm still gonna buy this one and not the xbox one

Yeah they went cheap with the small hard drive & choosing not to have a 4k blu-ray drive. They said they're doing 4k streaming and want to focus on that but this was just to have the price come under $400. As far as power goes though, it's easily the most powerful console at the moment.

People that like Movies and don't want to have to buy a 4k player and a ps4 when the new Xbox comes out next year it will be more powerful then the ps4 pro plus will have a 4k Blu-ray player

The Xbox Scorpio will come in 1.5 years and will cost around 700-800 (rumour). We will have a ps5 in 2 years lol. The Ps4 pro is coming in 2 months.

Looks like i'll have a new console in November, I think I'll drop by store today and pre-order one

No ps4 pro 4k bluray player because hardly anyone does physical media anymore its a fact look it up, sony saved shitloads not doing that and I don't blame them from a business perspective.
