Hot on the heels of the launch of the re-release Nintendo's NES , legendary gaming brand Sega has announced the comeback of its Mega Drive in the form of a mini console.

The Mega Drive Classic Game Console is packed with a whopping 80 built-in games including classic vintage titles Sonic the Hedgehog , Golden Axe and Mortal Kombat.

The two-player-friendly console is supplied with two wireless controllers.

The mini console has been around for some time, but has been updated to coincide with the prickly blue video game character's 25th.

The built-in games roster has been updated with new titles including an extra Sonic title, while some of the previously available games have been ditched to make way for the additions.

Along with the updated console, Sega has also unveiled the Mega Drive Ultimate Portable Handheld which packs in the same 80 retro gaming titles.

I'll probably get the handheld version and set it on the back of the toilet where I keep my Gameboy and only play it while I shit

Around 10 years ago or so, Atari had a plug-and-play with some built in games, maybe it was that?

Iv had this console for years,the controllers are shit,u have to buy urself some oldskool pads if u wanna enjoy it properly,and not some copy retro pads,tha real thing. i also had a streetfighter2 plug n play too,it also had ghouls n ghosts on it, it was 10pound on ebay like 10years ago.
