A new racing game from Microsoft – rumoured to be Forza Horizon 2 - will release later this year, according to supercar manufacturer, Ultima Sports.
The British firm posted the following on its Facebook page, before quickly taking it down:
"We have also recently agreed a new contract with the Microsoft Corporation to be included in a new video game to be launched later in 2014. The Ultima [one of the firm’s cars] is proving to be very popular and is providing excellent worldwide publicity and recognition for our marque."
So why is the game rumoured to be Forza Horizon 2? Well, there's been talks about the game for a while, following studio director Gavin Raeburn saying that Playground Games is "working on an exciting, unannounced project for Xbox One", while references to an "undisclosed next-gen Forza project" have been mentioned by industry professionals on LinkedIn.
It seems likely then, that we’re going to be playing Forza Horizon 2 on Xbox One before the year’s out.
