pac probably took this funny beat just to clown with dr.dre and others, beat has pretty positive vibe for diss track... :/
and no samples, Its remake from scratch, im sure that melody is 90% same, og drum pattern could be little bit different/bass heavier, idk...

drums are good..synth flute thing is ok too ..just the bass dont sound right to me..since the frequencies were cut i guess you just had to make those notes up..
