Sampling MJ's song directly makes it sound rather corny -- the seagulls, that annoying pad. Recreate those parts yourself, very simple.

The pitchbend on the chorus guitar is off it seems? :/ The wah effect on it, anyways, sounds too watery: clear that bitch up.

The percussion is bland.

I do like the bass. With some work this could be fairly decent.
