Sounds cool, glad to see someone made an attempt. I assume you used Pac's AI vocals as reference? His energy still comes through and I don't think it matches Snoop's laid back voice. Also, the vocals are a little too loud imo.

The voice could be much more nonchalant. Some parts are not well embodied.

Otherwise, I'm really happy you tried to do the whole vocals as Snoop.
Now, it will be possible to play with both vocals to try different versions and make backings and stuff.

There are mistakes in the 2nd verse.
Otherwise, the Snoop voice sounds sometimes here more like Eminem than Snoop !
The flow is very sluggish. It has to be drawling and chewing with effects on long vowels to link the groups of words.

i.e. something like :

I can imagine it's hard... Don't know which Snoop songs models you used to imitate his voice...
I think to songs like "eastside party", "just watchin", "If There's a cure", "wanted dead or alive" "Doggfather", "Change gonna come" (this one could be a very good model, in a kinda similar vibe)
