no the beat comes from a song qdiii did 4 a underground westcoast rapper in 96'. don't remember the artist name.

I think I heard it somewhere already, but if I'm correct, this is a fan made mix using original QDIII beat. But I could be wrong..... Also the quality of the beat and the pella sound very different (the pella sounds more "fresh").
