Is it possible if you can make a tutorial on how to master using waves plugins?
My mixes sound like shit without mastering, I want that clear audio quality.

Thats how you will never learn, this job takes years and years of experience, learning and investing time and money in software/gear
its not job for anybody
and theres no tutorial that will turn crappy mix in "clear audio quality" because all settings and the way you apply and use hardware/or pluggins depends on the song/sounds itself
and the infamous word "mastering"
mastering aint shit, your mixes need to sound GOOD first before you bounce mixdown and take it to mastering.
mastering isn't magic wind that turns black and white video into 3D HD footage

check out producers section and posts/threads in it, i posted few starter-guides about basic gear and room acoustics treatment (VERY IMPORTANT), i also explained audio terms, differences between this and that and so on.
