I wanna make a compilation hip hop remix mixtape. its a generals hip hop remix mixtape. im thinking of making it a 2cd mixtape. i have ideas for who i want to me on the mixtape. ive sent out PM's to people and I thought id make a thread about it. The mixtape name in undecided. The mixtape will feature a number of djs from both TN and 2pac-forum. I want it to be released around NYE. depending on the tracks that get submitted im thinking of having one cd being party mixes and modern hip hop remixes.. and the second cd being a street/ghetto hip hop tape. please let me know if your interested. finally people read both mine and dravens comments below to see im not tryna screw people around. both forums can have their issues but this tape isnt a tape for the tupac scene. its a mixtape for all hip hop fans out there. so mix away and enjoy your work!

Good nah it's not just a PAC tape. I'll probably have 2-3 tupac remixes on the whole tape. Just mix away an see what you come up with. Any rapper in general. Modern/old
School... Just need to make a hip hop classic remix. Only the best of the best will be on the tape. So make a few mixes

This little project isn't gonna work with 90% of the dj's you mentioned above imo .... and you say you wanna keep it the forum hate stuff outta this thread, well ok i will try my best, but can't promise anything.

Why recently when you where sending me pm's about being fed up and thinking of taking a break from mixing, and how much you dislike certain things that go on over tn are you now trying to put together a mixtape with then "again" lol... honestly i think you must have a screw loose or you're bipolar or something.

You can't and ain't keep jumping between the 2 forums trying to be some thing you're not, (other than kevin's but buddy that is)... there is honestly dislike and probably some down right hatred between the 2 parties, yet you come over here and sorta tell us that you're putting together a mixtape and both forums can forget about shit and do this 2gether.... ummm NO..!

And also you say you're thinking of getting me to do the covers... well you're highly fucking mistaken..!! Krazygyal can do those basic shitty covers again, i will never make covers any other forum other than this one, yeah i know i did in the past but that was ignorance and being blind to what's what.... most of the people over there are idiots, fakers and childish...



Also if you do manage to get something organized... i don't wanna see the forum name attached to it... i don't like the idea and don't wanna see it. I couldn't care less what them at "tupac-forum.net" (wonder where that idea came from hey lol) do as long as this forum is not involved in it....

Firstly over on TN i posted the same thread as i did here. the mixtape is just a compilation of djs from both sites.... its not a TN tape of a 2pac-forum tape. As for sending u a PM. Yer I am fed up and I am taking a break from mixing. I have a lot of mixes from other artists which ive done over the past 2 years. Im sure I can choose the best ones from there. And in that PM I clearly mentioned making a hip hop tape of some sort of tape at the end of the year!

Draven with you doing the covers clearly your not interested.. but again its not a cover for any other forum. The cover would be for a hip hop mixtape. And ill say what I said in the PM “most people over there are childish” and we can both agree on that. But some people are just normal forum users like me.

For the hundredth time the forum name wont be put on the mixtape. Its not an exclusive for neither forum. I plan on putting this tape on everywhere and creating its own podcast and stuff.

If you asked you could of got some answers but again people jumping to conclusions… im sure u still think it’s a bad idea and anyone who is in your exact position would think the exact same thing. But im not in your position and im just tryna gather the best of both forums to do this tape. Im sure the higher people on TN wont be into this too and their probably sending out PM’s and notifying everyone to get people not to comment on my thread.

Draven its good to hear your thoughts and I can see where your coming from. But I know people are interested and those people are the ones who use both forums. Another good thing about this forum is that we can have this argument and not get a warning or nothing.

Finally PMs are Personal Messages… not for the public, unless their completely fucked lol. Im not here to try screwing people over on this forum. Im a pac fan and I love hip hop, both forums have benefits in their own ways. And again if you want me to choose id choose 2pac-forum.com, but id still have my contacts on TN. It's a hip hop remix tape of current artists using custom produced beats. Some blends will be included. But yer... And paying for a track, I think I'll be fine. Just an update--

So far 10-15 djs are contributing mixes to the tape. The first single is lined up....

It will be released under lacely productions I think. Might get someone else endorsing the tape along with laceylace. Still looking for a mixtape cover. Anyways if ur still interested the deadline is december 10 for submitting. Those tracks that don't make it will be released as an EP 10 days prior to the mixtape release. So the 20th.

Anyways keep submitting tracks and any info or recommended ideas just voice urself.

The websites being involved are tn, 2pac-forum, ozhiphop, mob-figgaz, tjdjs.... And more. Have fun mixing people
