This is one of those songs where I love hearing a good OG Vibe because while some Pac tracks might have been throwaways for good reasons this is one that remained unreleased and I have zero idea why. I guess being unable to do another verse from the track while he was in jail and Streth being on it made 2Pac not wanna release it on MATW or the version of R U Still Down assembled while he was still in prison.
