So.. I thought seeming when I started mixing 2pac all I would use was mainstream instrumentals it would be good to battle you with this.
I agree with the comment [MENTION=747]Papaveli made on your mixtape. Also I agree with others. Like you need to find the right instrumental to mix pac. It's not necessarily the artist you mix with at times but I believe even nicki minaj can sound good with pac at times. As she has some hard beats like her song "Champion".. Or if you can fit the theme of a song to a 2pac song then provide a spin on it again you can make a mainstream song sound like pac! As fucked as that sounds that's my thought
In saying that I have grown overtime where I believe I've found the balance in my own mixing skills and balance in the right sound I want to make sure pac gives on a beat. However I'm no perfectionist and i have shit mixes out there and many will give me banter etc etc.
Though going back to those mainstream roots I started with I want to do a remix battle.
RULES: Using a mainstream song released from 2014 onwards.... and well simply mix pac. Thoughts??
