After a second listen I have to agree, the drumline is kind of weak. D-Ace's quick instrumental draft sounded better.

[MENTION=2005]hannibal drumline I matched to the original, I thought Ace did the same

they've muted the hihat between the kickdrum and snare on every bar. d-ace posted a nice example: http://www.2pac-forum.com/showthread...l=1#post673706

also the kickdrums are missing in the intro

            can you fix that? lol

btw luv it how you mastered that acapella and didn't just use what is leaked

This is 85% of the way there, the scratches and beat breaks are really nice but the drums don't knock like they should - maybe layer some kicks? Also the snare sounds way too loud but then I am listening using my macbooks speakers and nothing proper so my perspective may flip when bumped properly.

              Nicely done.

If you can just get those drums to knock with a bit more bass, this mix will be absolute perfection. Vocals are dope but like the other guy said fade it out a little later. Great job.

Just glanced over the OG & have just realised the first weaker snare in the break isn't actually used. the kick's pretty weak also, I replaced that on mine & im sure it was replaced on the OG. I also enveloped the pella fade then mixed the icecube sample for about 6 bars after to be true to the OG,

with the scratches on this, second snare repeated throughout the drums, new kick, enveloped pella with sample mixed after, i think this would be as close to the OG as it gets.

Enemies with Me OG and remakes of it will never get old to me. Good shit man. The dropout during Mutah's verse is hot.
