You've used the single layer pella with no doubles and that never sounds good. [MENTION=943]MrMind has the proper version with more layers/adlibs on his acapella thread.

The beat sounds very dated, like mid 00s - Scott Storch called and wants his synths back.

There is no cohesion between the vocals and beat so it sounds like Pac is just talking over the track although I do like the stripped back drums at 1:42 and 2:12 as they sound dope.

Overall you've got potential kid but this is a swing and miss, take it back to the lab. Get the proper pella, strip it back to the drums and percussion which is on point and rebuild the track without all those played out sounding elements and you could be on to something.
