A lot of people say that but even a cursory inspection of his lyrics shows that he didn't have anywhere near Pacs skills with the pen and instead he just cut and paste all of Pacs random catchprases and trademark elocution into very simplistic lyrics that had none of Pacs actual essence anywhere:

Look at the structure of the verse plus overall Realest had a very different type of breath control which generally truncated his bars as illustrated above when he was in Pac shouty mode as opposed to the more laid back tracks. If anything you could claim the lyrics for I'm Coming Home are Pacs:
