Very fresh & updated, sounding Remix! "This is how he would've wanted it" comes to mind.

From a producers standpoint; I can hear where improvement could be made...

I will say; the beat lacks acceleration, probably due to the hi-hats being panned to the right, rather than the middle? Maybe he could swap the shakers & hats around, in terms of panning.

There's also A LOT of breaks in there, maybe 1 too many?

Lastly, the chorus part could have some more instrumentation, being that it's quite an empty part of the song with Pac repeating "Outlaw Immortals" every few seconds with not much enthusiasm.

Forgive me for my 2 cents, I just think with some small adjustments this could be one of the best Remixes of the "Outlaw Immortalz" song, as it's a pretty dull unreleased track anyway.
