Opera has a built in VPN, you can download it from https://www.opera.com/.
The VPN is turned on when you use Private mode.

Theres a even easier way than that. I just load up Fruity Loops (FL Studios) DAW, and use the Stereo Shaper VST. Heres the preset. It will automatically do it for you, no work needed. Just load the preset. I have it set perfectly to cancel out by inversion.
