It would be probably better to just make a blend with the OG since it's basically just drums with a bassline. The drums are so fragile on the OG anyways

I tried that but i'd have to sacrifice the slamming drums for that to work. It's going to clash hard

Did you try a compressor to lower the snares? You could do it manually too lol

True true. But the drums are not that much louder than the vocals tho. My problem is with the kick not so much the snare.
Maybe i'm doing it wrong idk. Please pm me if u manage to do it with a nice result

Man, to find a decent full acapella of Still I Rise OG to be able to completely redo/remake/remix the song has been a like trying to "find a needle in a haystack" lol. I've tried rebuilding the beat from the ground up but without a decent full acapella, it will be hard to reconstruct the song for a nice OG Vibe
