yeah you should try to set the 1st straight on beat, tempo should be ok, not my personal drum gusto, but overall good for your fresh steps

the NAS one is a little too mellow for me, you need an extra effect to it on several passages, so it dont sound that boring over the complete running time imho

from what I'm hearing, you're getting the speed correct, you just have to work on making sure that the verse starts at the correct part of the beat. "on bar".. most of these are on beat, but off bar.
