My Review of this Album
First of all, I gotta give props to all the DJs involved in this album....You guys should be proud of your achievements...i swear to God i love ur muzic and ur endless dedication as fans and promoters of 2pac...Ur tracks and ur work has further increased my love for 2pac....and for u guys that means mission accomplished... Dont ever stop...
1. New York-- Papaveli: Great job bringing pac and biggie into the track...i like how nicely the both of them have fit into the track....and its one of them tracks that u can always bump to...
2. It hurts-- D-Ace: First time I've heard one of yours. Believe me you couldnt have made a better first impression... i love the guitar in this track...the beat, the thug life crew...great track...i never heard this track b4 so it is a fresh track 4 me and i fuckin love it....excellent
3. War Gamez--DJ LV: I love the old skool strictly gangsta rap flavor this song has...it has a very distinct beat that's very laid bak and chilled out...i dont know why but it kinda reminds of dark alleys and street lights up in broklyn or the bronx...very east coast feel for me..but overall it is a dope track but not among the best in the album...
4. Lie to Kick It-- DJ Cvince: Bomb ass track, its a completely different feel from the retail in the rusd album...the beat n music in the song has a very positive vibe to it...and a very street feel...strictly street...great job on this...
5. Ghetto Star-- KREW: This track is simply awesome...this is my first listen to a KREW mix...its bloody brilliant and so hardcore if u know wat i mean...just raw...my fav ghetto star version till date....love the fuckin hook with 2pac...jus love it....brilliant track...right up there
6. Never Call U Bitch Again-- Dj Tricki: Hahaa...I love the rhythm and smooth flow of this song...very nice to the ears and very relaxing beat...Really like it and i love 3 verser pac solos...so much love 4 this mix...real DOPE...
7. Sucka 4 Love--Papaveli: Dayum!!!i always loved this bomb ass DMX song...and playa u mixed it beautifully...i love how u make pac verses settle in with such perfection...love the DMX hook...Too funky...Sick trak...Love it..
8. Lost Soulz--DJ LV: Dutchman u have truly outdone urself....i love the retail and og on this track....but shit u have changed it completely and still kept it real...and i mean i feel like cussing ur ass i like this so much...fuckin bomb ass brilliant track..1 of the top...
9. This Life I Lead--KREW: A completely new direction from the OG...i really like it...and the one really outstanding thing about this track is that the beat really complements Snoop and Biggie's verse... Very chilled out feel...perfect 4 some hennessey...know wat im sayin...
10. Ghetto Gospel--Papaveli:Brilliant mix..Str8 hip hop...when The Professor is rapping its bloody dope n kickin it with a passion and i love the freaking hook on this...really dope...only thing is that Pac's verse felt strange cuz its such a different vibe...but dope overall
11. My Block--Dj Tricki: Really good beat n guitar loop....the Martin Luther King voice in the hook is really dope...and overall this is a great track which still holds the positive vibe in the retail version...Great mix Tricki
12. Thugz get Lonely Too--KREW: HA HA!! i dont know why i picture a huge mansion and me sitting beside a swimming pool with some hot thongs and all over the place and naked women in the pool...love the remix...very sexy feel in it...but not a naughty sexy, just a passionate sexiness if u feel me...lol...brilliant mix bro..
13. Black Cotton--DJ LV: I fuckin hate u man...i feel this track on another level...an emotional level....i love the guitar and the beat...the hook with Martin Luther is so powerful..defdinitely one of the top...i miss 2pac when i hear this...cuz its just touching...ruckus will prolly quote me here n call me a homo...but its a beautiful track...
14. Fuck All Ya'll--Papaveli: Love this track!!! dope ass beat...2pacs verses sound awesome here and i love the old skool hook....great track and it maintains its dissing feel...has a real fuck u feel to it...lol...Awesome..
15. Only Fear of Death--D-Ace: Fuckin brilliant....the darkness and the gloom n doom feel is very evident in this track...and a feeling of hoopelessness is very present in the song....the hook is amazing and the gunshots r sick....excellent track....
16. Urban Poetry--Master C: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first master c mix i heard....holy shit...wat a bombing track....boom!!! lovely..beat is sick as shit...i loved pac and biggie's verse...great mix Master C...
17. They Can All Die--DJ LV: Grab ur gats cuz this means war!!! love the track...its a war-cry...really dope and brilliantly mixed...and a great way to end the album...
In conclusion, this album is a brilliant 15th anniversary tribute and showcases the best 2pac DJ's on the scene...Nothing can touch these tracks and that's a fact...You guys have truly outdone urselves and kept it real...2pac would have been proud of you guys no doubt...Special thanks to Nikola for the designing...its top class...and to 2pac-forum.com for their support...I'm a fan of all of u...and i support u to the fullest...Much love and much respect...And Thank you all...

I just have to say, The DJ's on this forum are great in comparison to Mob-Figgaz & TN. The musics cleaners, better quality and more professionally mixed. I downloaded every mixtape from mobs and shifted through all the junk to dig out the odd descent one or two per 20/30 mixes now I'm finding even those aren't a match and a great deal off them are now getting replaced with mixes from here so thanks and keep up the great work!
Edit: Wasn't keen on this mixtape, Beats were lame I Only liked Black cotton and Never call u bitch again. Sucka 4 Love is okish Idk I think all off it is mixed nice but the beats are whackLast edited by staceyparish; 10-11-2011, 10:39 AM.
