This is less of a mixtape and more like collection of mixes that I consider to be my better work (just filtering out all the crap I've done over the years). I stopped mixing years ago so most of these tracks are like 2-3 years old now maybe even older so if you come across something that sounds familiar keep that in mind.
without further ado, here's the link:
no fancy covers for you...
Tracklist with bits of trivia:
01. Crooked Nigga Too [Lm45z collabo; I handled the production]
02. Don't Stop The Music [fun fact: this mix was rejected by "the legend" Phonkey Dee]
03. How Do You Want It [second time I used this beat which is my own production]
04. On The DL [got this idea from the Biggie & 2Pac freestyle]
05. Uppercut [fun fact: I tried scamming people with this, I failed]
06. Let Them Thangs Go [Whizz inspired, streets disapproved... meh, I think it's funky]
07. Losin' It [combining two ogs into one, back in the days we didn't know there was third one]
08. Hold On, Be Strong [this was when I got into the Beatles so of course, I had to sample bits of pieces even if they didn't fit]
09. Holler If Ya Hear Me [from my very second mixtape, I think I was the first to mix the original sample... don't quote me on that thou]
10. Enemies With Me [one of my first original productions, tried emulating Throw Ya Hands Up beat...]
11. High Till I Die [no stoner track is complete without Cypress Hill]
12. My Block [here I'm doing my try at Premo sound by jacking his drums :]
13. Fake Ass Bitches [once again I'm proud to say I was first to mix the sample... that's why I had to do it three times (beware of the vocal remover on the chorus, don't ask)]
14. N' A Daze [could have been done before, but still, I like my version]
15. Killa [oh this one is famous for being used by Husky on the Makaveli-Revolution tape... anyone here has Husky's album I did? heh]
16. Never Take A Life [a little experiment at g-funk beat making... turned out okay]
17. Old School [one of my favs]
xx. Bonus Track [has to do with one infamous pac freestyle, it's what made me famous on one forum]
xx. Can't Touch This [and no joke is complete until you run it into the ground]
xx. Crooked Nigga Too [inspired by the freestyle performance of the track]
Props to MWDP, DOP (Acuf, or whatever name he thinks of next), Manu and all the other faggots that supported me and made my stay on tupac scene enjoyable. Fuck you goes out to Jossy for being a royal pain in the ass.
Feedback is appreciated as always. I'm sucker for feedback.
