i really love the idea for the tape, some of the mixing is sketchy at points.
i hate the cover too lmao, but great ideas, Pac & future, who would of thought it lol (except probably you & myself lmao)
+1 for the whole concepts.
if i was you i would work a bit more on it, make it sound more authentic, what do you use to slow down pacs vocals, im curious?Last edited by Creation; 02-14-2014, 11:06 PM._______________

i really enjoy few tracks of that project "im smokin - im rollin"
give that mixtape a try - i mean this is just a mixtape - not a studio produced remix album from a member from here - even its not perfect he invested time and tried it. that is more worth than a lazy one, who just complain about others.
sometimes i think ppl forgott what a mixtape is about or they just dont know the time of tape days - "if many of you read PAC on it, then you always want a masterpiece" thats totally overestimated and arrogant.

im really not feeling this mixtape.... but thats only because im not into this new style sht of music... now with that said.............
i think the work you did on it was GREAT.... i think you did some really creative stuff on here... ive tried to do some mixes like this and just end up not liking them because they are too far out... i do think its a good idea to put pac on new style music though... and there are some beats out there that i hear every once and a while and be like "oh man pac might sound good on this" like the tyga hit em up song with an actual pac verse on it i think would sound good... but like i said.. some of it is too far out...
i appreciate the work you put into this cuz i can tell it was a lot.. and i like the fact that you had the balls to put this out on the scene knowing that a lot of people would give you sht for it (i dont blame them) but you did it anyway... lol.. i think thats awesome... there is a fan base out there though for this type of stuff... personally i could take a song here and there but not an entire mixtape... but this is definitely new and not your everyday scene mixtape and i like that about it... its always cool when someone figures out something new to do with stuff..

my review...
dope peddler - good adaption to the mix. though i think the chorus should make sense with the mix. some good effects with the "once again , its an all out scrap" really love that.. might steal that off ya for a future mix
smokin rollin - i actually love this! good vibe and concept here. the beat is amazing and i think the vocals go well..
stop me now - decent job. at time the vocals sound kinda of off with the young noble verse.... im a fan of the instrumental.... though it being slowed too much doesnt sound well to me. a good mix though and nice vibe
codeine - love the sample and the chorus.... great custom hook here!! this is the first successful custom hook using loyal to the same i think. really love it and love how u've cut everything to give it a different vibe. amazing!!
americas most wanted... not a big fan of this. its mixed well though not my piece of cake. love T.I. though. good idea
how we ride - again good concept and mike will is one of the best with mainstream rappers. i think this will really appeal to the youngins of this generation
black cotton - again love T.I. - though i think black cotton needs a different feel to it.
thug 4 life - good effort with the custom hook, though maybe if you tried to spin it like u did with codeine it would be a killer. i like the verses on this beat
she never got - again the pella sounds a bit off at times. good idea though not a big fan of using two different 2pac pellas unless u use it in a custom hook and its always switching up. plus not a big fan of the beat
henessy - nice concept, good mixing i think to create a completely different vibe to the mix. nice concept with the hook though not a fan of the chorus' slowed down
fuck the world - good solid mix. though i hate future i like this mix. maybe create some pac adlibs over the chorus..
listen - good mixing and again the youngin's of this generation will like this..
you know. love the official atl remix of this, i think this isntrumental has so much potential with the right rappers!! love how uve adapted this mix.. but again the use of two different pellas not a big fan. would be nice to hear the ready for whatever lyrics on this... because they would suit that dark vibe the mike will intrumental gives off
bandz to make her dance - left a view of this in the remix section already... the lyics go well with the theme of the song though i dont think it suits the instrumental.. too muchof an dark atl feel
i dont like it - mixed well.. and i think its good how uve adjusted pacs pella to suit this. would have never thought i would go on this. love how uve added pac on the chorus. good me into it. one thing fuck rick ross.
overall... i think its a different pac mixtape and first of it that i've heard... i think it would definitely appeal to the up and coming generation who would'nt know 2pac..and YES THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO LISTEN TO HIPHOP BUT DONT KNOW 2PAC. I WITNESSED THIS LAST NIGHT AT EMIENEM/KENDRICK/JCOLE CONCERT. MANY PEOPLE DIDNT KNOW OF TUPAC WHEN I ASKED THEM!!
also in syaing that it doesnt do justice to 2pac's songs and lyrics. the emotion he brings to songs and the meaning of his words is so powerful. where this music just sticks to the mainstream feel.

Lots of cool stuff goin' on this tape! I think my biggest complaint is that whenever you slowed down pac's vocals at times the pitch would mess up too. But this is a good first effort!A lil over a year ago I was in bondage
