Yeah. I've been following this for a while now. That's why I enjoy listening to MFSL releases... what's the point of cdq when the dynamics are destroyed at the source.

Yes finally, this topic can be discussed in here. All albums from the year 1997? have been raped and all sound FLAT and lifeless even though the music is good, plus it hurts to listen to them for long periods of time

The reason I have the original 1996 releases of All Eyez On Me and Makaveli ripped instead of the remastered versions.

The to live & Die in L.A on the greatest hits is much louder than the 7 day theory version.

before buying some remastered Mj 's and 2pac's album , i was always thinking that remastered would be better nowhat I mean, but now hopefully I didn't buy all the deathrow re-release being remastered, after listening the massacre lol...

the two albums that still need to be remastered are only 2Pacalyps enow and Stricly4 my niggaz

Those two albums could use some actual remastering, but I don't want to see it if they fall victim to the loudness war. Amaru did remasters that weren't released, but Rebel Of The Underground on Resurrection soundtrack and I Don't Give A Fuck from San Andreas soundtrack are part of those remasters, and they don't sound terrible, so if they released them how they left them and don't re-re-master, I would like to see it happen.

                            fuck remastering
they have to do new mixdowns, cuz thats the only problem with Strictly For my niggaz, bad mixing.

I don't know what it's called lol remastering, mixing etc... but it's still a shame to let these two albums in this way, and of course i don't want them to be part of the loudness war
