Anyone on here use one of these to craft their beats?
They look like a very impressive piece of kit as I'm of the old school bashing the pads/chop and loop style of production using the Roland MV and this looks like it may just be a worthy successor even though I usually avoid software rigs due to latency and whatnot that used to be a big issue back in the days.
I assume with core i7 processors, 16GB of RAM and SSDs those days should be long gone plus NI make some of the best (affordable) soundbanks and fonts I've heard and whilst not a patch on the EastWest library and similar they more than hold their ground for the price.
The only thing I find strange about it is they include everything but a DAW, quelle surprise
Anyway #DJs feel free to chime in with what you use if not the Maschine as some of you craft some very crisp, clean and head nodding beats.
